Booking Conditions & Cancellations

On Holidays you will receive a confirmation / invoice within 3 weeks of booking. You will recieve a final invoice / travel ticket 8 weeks before departure detailing the final balance which must be paid on receipt. If you have made your holiday booking with 8 weeks of departure then the total holiday price is immediately payable. If you do not pay at least 4 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to cancel your holiday and cancellation charges may be upto 100% of the holiday price.


If you wish to cancel your holiday for 1 or all persons you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

Period before departure within which written cancellation is received. Amount of cancellation charge shown as % of Holiday price
More Than 42 days Loss of deposit
42 - 29 days 30%
28 - 15 days 45%
14 - 1 day 65%
Departure date or after 100%

The company's liability to the passenger upon cancellation shall be such that the deposit is retained by the company in all cases irrespective of the cancellaton charge.

The liability of the company is strictly limited to the price paid for the tour ticket and the company can accept no responsibilty for loss, damage, injury or inconvenience beyond the value of the original booking.

Cancellation charges could be increased in the event of hotel costs..
